Robert E. Julian, Chairman.
Robert Julian is the chairman of Honours Golf Company. Julian, a native of Omaha, Nebraska, retired from Peter Kiewit Sons’, Inc. (PKS) in 1995 after 35 years as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Julian currently serves on the board of directors of Level Three Communications as chairman of the audit committee. He actively serves on the following civic boards: Hastings College Board of Trustees, Hastings College Foundation, Children’s Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees, University of Nebraska Foundation Board of Trustees, and University of Nebraska at Omaha Steering Committee. Julian also served as past director of the following companies: Peter Kiewit Sons’, Inc., MFS Communications Company, Kiewit Diversified Group, Continental Group Inc., and C-Tec Corporation.

Robert B. Barrett, Chief Executive Officer.
Bob Barrett serves as chief executive officer for Honours Golf Company. Barrett, with over 30 years of experience in the golf industry, is responsible for the overall direction, development and operations of Honours Golf. Before forming Honours Golf, he developed and managed two courses on his own - Kelly Plantation and Highland Park. Prior to forming his own company, Barrett served as director of golf operations for Drummond Company, Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama. At Drummond, he was responsible for planning and managing the golf operations of Rancho La Quinta Country Club in La Quinta, California (home of the ’96, ’97, and ’98 Skins games), Old Overton Club in Birmingham, Alabama (named "Best New Private Course in America" by Golf Digest in ’94), and Grasslands Golf & Country Club in Lakeland, Florida. In 1993, he served as vice president of Sun Belt Golf Corporation, which built Alabama’s renowned Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. From 1977 to 1991, he was manager and director of golf at Shoal Creek Golf Club in Birmingham, Alabama. He hosted the 1984 and 1990 PGA Championships, as well as the U.S. Amateur. He was honored by the National PGA of America as the 1986 Merchandiser of the Year. Barrett is a native of Augusta, Georgia where he began his career as an assistant golf professional at Augusta National Golf Club.

Robert L. Shults, President.
As President of Honours Golf Company, Rob Shults is responsible for the strategic direction and business development activities. Shults originated the idea and conceptualized the framework for Honours Golf. In 1998, he sought out Barrett as a partner to form this venture. Prior to forming Honours Golf, Shults served as assistant vice president in the Structured Finance Group at Wachovia Bank. He received his MBA from Vanderbilt University in 1994 with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, following four years as a United States Army Officer. Shults was commissioned a Second Lieutenant following his graduation from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, with a B.S. in Management and Systems Engineering.

Gary D. Spivey, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.
Gary Spivey serves as vice president and chief financial officer for Honours Golf Company. In his role, Spivey oversees the accounting, financial reporting, human resources and management information systems of Honours Golf and its portfolio. From 1993-1999, Spivey served as director of finance and administration for the real estate division of Drummond Company, Inc. based in Birmingham, Alabama. At Drummond, he participated in the management of a portfolio of master-planned golf communities consisting of residential, commercial and country club properties. From 1987-1993, he served as assistant corporate controller for Drummond Company with responsibilities for corporate financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions and real estate. Prior to joining Drummond, he spent ten years at Arthur Andersen & Co., where he last served as an audit manager.

Joe Zaleski, Vice President of Operations.
Joseph (Joe) Zaleski serves as vice president of operations for Honours Golf Company. Zaleski has over 25 years of operations, sales/marketing and executive management experience in the golf industry. Zaleski will oversee Honours’ twelve golf properties, develop corporate buying programs, maintain client relations, assist in the development of marketing and membership programs, and direct pre-opening operations. Prior to joining Honours Golf, Zaleski served in golf operations for Redstone Golf Management, the golf operating company for Redstone Companies. At Redstone, he oversaw the entire club operations at Redstone Golf Club, a 36-hole golf facility and host for the 2006 and 2007 PGA Tour Shell Houston Open. Prior to Redstone Golf Management, Zaleski held the position of regional vice president at Meadowbrook Golf Group (Lakeland, FL); golf operations consultant at Club Serve International (Maryland) and vice president of golf operations with U.S. Golf Properties (Virginia). Zaleski is a Class A PGA member as well as a graduate of Shepherd College in West Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and minor in Economics.

Phil Oakes, Vice President of Human Resources.
Phil Oakes serves as the vice president of human resources for Honours Golf. He oversees all human resource matters including recruiting for the company and administration of employee benefit plans. Oakes brings to Honours more than 20 years of experience as a human resources executive. Before joining Honours, Oakes owned and operated a popular Birmingham restaurant. Prior to that, he was employed by Birmingham Steel Corporation as their vice president of human resources. During his career before Birmingham Steel, Oakes worked his way from regional human resources manager to division vice president of human resources at Waste Management Inc. in Oak Brook, Illinois.

Kelly Olshove-Newman, Director of Marketing.
Kelly Olshove-Newman serves as director of marketing services for Honours Golf Company. She is responsible for all sales and marketing initiatives to drive sales and build brand awareness for Honours Golf and its Clubs. Previously, she served as regional director of sales and marketing for KemperSports Management in Northbrook, Illinois where she oversaw marketing activities for an assortment of resort, daily-fee, municipal and private clubs throughout the Midwest and Southeast. Olshove started her career in the industry at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. She also assumed various sales and marketing roles with the National Golf Foundation and served as the director of sales for the Southern Pine Club at Callaway in Pine Mountain, Georgia. Olshove earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida.

As Director of Agronomy, Jim DeReuil’s responsibilities include managing seasonal agronomy practices for Honours’ properties, purchasing bulk materials and equipment, managing club superintendents, and ensuring that courses are maintained to Honours Golf standards. During the last 10 years, DeReuil played a major role in the renovation and reconstruction of several of Honours Golf's properties and managed facilities. DeReuil started his career at Jamal and Associates as project geologist and soils scientist. Later he served at Augusta National Golf Club and Crooked Creek Golf Club where he oversaw the construction, grow-in and turf care operations. Later he joined Kelly Plantation and managed the construction oversight, grow-in, turf care operations for Honours Golf. DeReuil earned a bachelor of science in geology from University of Florida and a bachelor of science in agronomy from Michigan State University.
